Amanda Bynes Charged with DUI, Wants Officer Fired
By Radar Staff Amanda Bynes has officially been charged with DUI and failure to take a chemical test after her arrest last month in West Hollywood, and she will be arraigned Wednesday, but won't be in court,Amanda Bynes has been officially charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, which dates back to her arrest on April 6 of this year, according to E!. Scheduled for an arraignment
