Tropical Storm Isaac gains strength, expected to become hurricane Sunday

In its 5 p.m. report, the National Hurricane Center forecast Tropical Storm Isaac to be at near hurricane strength when it reaches the Florida Keys sometime Sunday or Sunday night.
