In response to reports of some PC copies of Black Ops 2 having a second disc for Mass Effect 2, Bioware is giving away Mass Effect Trilogy to those affected. As detailed on its blog, the Mass Effect developer will send free PCPlayers who bought retail PC copies of Black Ops 2 – some of the same people who waited in line for hours on a cold November night during the midnight launch – popped in the second installation disc to find that it's for MassSome PC boxes of Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 contained a surprise second disc: a copy of Mass Effect 2 from competitor EA.
