'Dancing With the Stars: All Stars': Melissa Rycroft named the winner

Alums from Beverly Hills, 90210 have made their way through the Dancing With the Stars ballroom before — Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, and Shannen Doherty all competed on the show in past seasons. So far, Tori Spelling seems like the obvious next choice.Tuesday's ratings were up across the board over last week. The “Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars” finale hit a season high for ABC, and “NCIS” and “The Voice” each posted sizable gains.ABC scored its first Tuesday win of the season with a resurgent Dancing With the Stars finale. The end of the All-Stars season, which crowned Melissa Rycroft winner, pulled a 3.0 rating among adults 18-49.Tuesday's ratings were up across the board over last week. The “Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars” finale hit a season high for ABC, and “NCIS” and “The Voice” each posted sizable gains.But in Orlando, “Dancing With the Stars” was tops with 310,600 viewers. “NCIS” came in second here with 267,600.
