With Instagram, Facebook Spars With Twitter

Instagram has made a lot of missteps in the last few days. Could this be the service's Netflix moment?Instagram released an updated version of its privacy policy and terms of service, and they include lengthy stipulations on how photographs uploaded by users may be used by Instagram and its parent company, Facebook.Instagram, the popular mobile photo-sharing service now owned by Facebook, said Tuesday that it will remove language from its new terms of service suggesting that users' photos could appear in advertisements.
