There's Still Time: Powerball Pot at...

With the NCAA tournament in full swing, people have gone mad about March Madness watching their teams and brackets closely. But there's also a $320 million Powerball jackpot that has people testing their luck.

According to ABC News, this is the twelfth consecutive drawing without a jackpot winner. However, three ticket holders won $1 million each after matching five numbers in Wednesday's drawing. The winning tickets were sold in Kentucky, Ohio and Florida.

Some 43 states and Washington D.C. participate in the Powerball, creating an economic boost at a time when the country needs it. But it's not as much of a boost as you'd think. States with the biggest lotto jackpots. Only about a quarter of lottery
