KTVU sorry for on-air Asiana pilot name gaffe

I've seen the screen grab. I've watched this video multiple times. I'm still holding out hope that this is somehow fake. Who is reading the teleprompter in Oakland, Ron Burgandy? Obviously, all of these names are very wrong.
