'Sharknado' scores tweets but not viewers

Sharknado, the SyFy network's latest film which aired last night (July 11), may be already signed for a sequel after social media exploded during and after its original airing. According to Deadline, network officials want to sign 

Josh Gad: "The Producers of Planet Earth are watching #SharkNado tonight asking themselves, "why do we even try?" And, "If (Steven) Spielberg could go back in time and stop Jaws from happening to prevent 2013's #SharkNado, I believe he would.".
