Falcons' tight end Tony Gonzalez has said throughout the season that he was more than sure he would retire after this year, and now he said that Sunday was "probably" his last game. "It's probably the last time I'm going to wear that uniform," Gonzalez

The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Atlanta Falcons 28-24 and won the NFC Championship Game on Sunday, denying former Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzalez the only blank entry on his 16-year, Hall of Fame resume.

Tony Gonzalez scored with 29 seconds left before the half to put the Falcons up 24-14 over the 49ers.
