Actress Cote de Pablo is leaving top-rated CBS drama NCIS after eight seasons.
Cote de Pablo is invoking Gibbs' Rule No. 11 — “When the job is done, walk away” — and has decided to leave CBS' NCIS. The actress, whose contract expired at the end of Season 10, will appear at the start of Season 11
TV's most-watched series loses one of its regulars, though the actress will close out her story when the CBS drama returns in the fall.
Cote de Pablo, who plays fan-favorite agent and delightful butcherer of the English language Ziva, is leaving the CBS hit soon. De Pablo will appear in Season 11 for an unknown number of episodes, to wrap up her story and then move on with her career.
